Environmental Review Checklist
Under OSHA’s process safety management standard, businesses must carefully track any modifications to processes concerning hazardous chemicals. This checklist will help you review any of the possible effects that an equipment change can have on the environment.
It covers five main topics:
- Air quality
- Water, stormwater, and wastewater
- Waste disposal and remediation
- New chemicals
- Environmental emergency response
You may not need to fill out all sections of this checklist depending on the variables in your equipment modification.
Include this checklist in standard work for your site’s MOCs to track environmental control measures. Once you access it, you’ll be able to download it your preferred format and make any changes you wish.
