How to review changes in manufacturing processes

Say, for example that you modified a conveyor belt or a stamping machine a few months back.
One look at the event summary will show you:
- Why that change was made
- Which tasks were completed to get it done
- And who closed out the project
If you can trace back the reason for a change, you can better understand the variables at play—allowing you perform a more accurate root cause analysis and prevent the same thing from happening again.
