Working your way through OSHA’s process safety management requirements can be very difficult. You don’t want to miss any key details, but there are a lot of things to track. It’s even more difficult because process modifications can have such a big impact on worker safety and operational efficiency.

When you’re reaching the end of your process changes, you need to review the work you’ve done. This PSM required tasks checklist walks you through the major categories:
