Established in 2018, ODE Asset Management is an integrated part of UKCS (The UK Continental Shelf) supply chain. They are the largest outsourced Duty Holder in the UK North Sea and provide range of asset operations, maintenance programs and Brownfield Engineering Services.

In terms of change management, ODE Asset Management faced significant inefficiencies with their paper-based system. This led to burdensome workflows with scattered data, human errors, and compliance challenges. Scalability was also a concern that stemmed from inconsistent document management.

Managing around 100 changes at any time was not sustainable with their existing setup.
