Frontline MOC change management process flow

At Frontline, our management of change tool follows an 8-step process flow. 

The workflow starts with an optional pre-approval stage and the creation of a new MOC. 

It then moves on to two optional steps, evaluation and collaboration, where members of your team can review the MOC in more depth. 

Once the workflow is approved, your team must perform all the implementation tasks required to complete the MOC. 

After completing those tasks, the MOC can enter the startup phase where it’s rolled out across the entire site or company. 

Lastly, the MOC is closed out—ending the process flow and finalizing the documentation of what you’ve completed as a team.
