EHS software for continuous improvement projects

Our Frontline EHS software is a great tool for coordinating continuous improvement projects. 

You can use the action tracking tool to monitor progress on things like time studies, Gemba walks, and more. 

When setting up these actions, it’s up to you how frequently you want them to occur. 

For routine continuous improvement tasks, make sure you set the action item as “recurring” and tell the system how often it should repopulate. 

Once you’ve assigned a task to one of your employees, it will pop up in their action item dashboard. 

From there, they can enter progress or close out the action item. 

Having all these notes under one roof will make it even easier to identify improvement areas and implement long-lasting, effective changes to your processes.
