Process Safety Information Template

OSHA’s PSM standard includes a component for documenting process safety information (PSI) on chemical, technological, and equipment hazards. Gathering this information is one of the more tedious areas of PSM compliance, given that it’s often scattered in many places.

The purpose of this process safety information template is to outline the requirements of the PSI rule. You can use it to double check that you’ve got all the information properly documented and stored. Either consolidate the information within this template or attach it as supplemental documentation.
