Safety Perception Survey Template
Performing routine perception surveys is an easy way to gauge how your workers feel about workplace safety. This template includes five questions and response trackers so you can get started creating a site-specific survey.
For the best results, you should ask workers questions specific to the programs and control measures you have in your facility. That way, you can better understand which areas of safety need improvement.
You might be surprised by the answers you receive. For example, a program you put a lot of effort into might be completely unknown to your employees. If you do receive surprising answers, that can help you reflect as a department on how to communicate what’s going on to the workforce.
